Know Your Building's
Real Condition.

Documented condition inspections for fabric structures — tension, cables, fabric, steel and anchors, reported in writing with photos.

Fabric buildings fail slowly, then suddenly. Tension bleeds off, cables corrode under their jackets, and UV quietly embrittles fabric — none of it obvious from the ground until a wind event finds the weakness. A professional inspection catches these issues while they're still maintenance items instead of emergencies.

Every S&T inspection covers cover condition and tension, cables and hardware, structural steel and connections, anchors and foundations, and doors. You receive a written report with photos, a prioritized deficiency list, and straight advice: what needs fixing now, what can wait, and what's fine.

Common Questions

Fabric Building Inspections FAQs

When should I get my building inspected?

Annually at minimum — ideally in fall, before snow load season. We also inspect before purchase of a used building, after major storms, and for insurance documentation.

What does an inspection cost?

It depends on building size and location, and it's always a fixed price quoted up front. Inspection fees are credited toward repair work we identify.

Do you inspect buildings you didn't install?

Yes — most of the buildings we inspect were installed by others. We work on all makes and models.
