Small Tears Become
Full Cover Failures.
Fabric damage grows with every wind event. What costs hundreds to patch in fall can cost tens of thousands to recover in February.
Visible Daylight
Pinholes and seam gaps let UV in and accelerate degradation from the inside.
Flapping or Drumming
A cover that moves in the wind has lost tension — chafing follows within weeks.
Rust Streaks
Staining below cable lines means corrosion is eating your tensioning system.

Repair FAQs
Can you repair a building you didn't install?
Yes. We repair all makes and models — Britespan, Norseman, Coverco, Calhoun, Sprung, ClearSpan and others. We stock universal patch systems and source OEM-matched fabric when a colour or spec match matters.
How much does a fabric building repair cost?
Small heat-welded patches typically run in the hundreds; panel replacements and cable work run higher depending on access and building size. Every job gets a fixed price before we mobilize — send photos and we'll quote it within one business day.
How fast can you get to my site?
Our crews mobilize anywhere in Canada. Most Western Canadian sites are within a day; emergency tarp-off response is available 24/7.
Will a patch match my existing cover?
Heat-welded patches bond permanently to PVC and PE fabrics. We match fabric weight and, where possible, colour — on older sun-faded covers a close match is normal and doesn't affect performance.
Is it worth repairing an older cover, or should I recover?
Our rule of thumb: if the cover has more than 5 years of realistic life left and damage is localized, repair. If the fabric is brittle, chalking heavily or failing in multiple areas, a recover is the better spend. We'll tell you straight either way — we do both.
